Annabel was born in Germany, and at age 8 moved to the United States. 4 years later, her family moved to her mother’s home country of South Korea where Annabel spent her formative teenage and young adult years. She graduated with a B.A in English Literature from Kyung-Hee Univ in Seoul, and taught English for a couple of years post-graduation. In 2004, Annabel got the exciting opportunity to move to Washington, D.C to work for the D.C Bureau of one of Korea’s largest broadcasting networks where she worked for 6 years as a Program Coordinator covering U.S politics and current affairs.
Before coming on staff to CCR, Annabel was the Administrative Assistant for the Children’s Ministry of a large non-denominational church in Gaithersburg, MD. She and her husband were part of the team to launch CCR, and were particularly drawn to the church for its multi-cultural vision and strong theological teaching. They have one young daughter who is the delight of their lives. In Annabel’s spare time, she enjoys getting together with friends, traveling and watching Korean dramas. Annabel is fluent in Korean and English. You can reach her at firstname.lastname@example.org.
